1. About these terms

These terms apply when you purchase or download digital guides from newmumguides.co.uk ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase or using our free checklist, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products

All products are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items are shipped. You may print guides for personal use. Guides are for one household unless a licence states otherwise.

3. Educational use only

Our guides provide practical and educational support. They are not medical advice and do not replace care from a midwife, health visitor, GP or emergency services. See our safety disclaimer for more detail.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP at checkout. Bundles and custom packs are priced as displayed on the site. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider once checkout is live.

5. Refunds

Because products are delivered instantly as digital files, refunds are generally not available once download links have been sent. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will help resolve it or offer a replacement download.

6. Intellectual property

All content, illustrations and branding remain our property. You may not resell, redistribute or share purchased files publicly.
